Akkodis is seeking a Web Developer for a contract opportunity with a leading client located in Irvine, CA
Location: Irvine, CA
Pay Range: $49/hr
Responsibilities:
Must have development experience in AEM, HTML5, CSS3, JS, and Project Management tools such as JIRA.
• Assisting with developing webpages for new product integrations, Campaigns, and Promotions using AEM Templates/Components.
• Troubleshoot performance issues to ensure identical rendering across browsers, and devices.
• Work on projects that include web layout enhancements and website enhancements.
• Ability to contribute to the creation, assessment, and validation of project requirements.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize different tasks.
• Collaborate with quality assurance, technical teams, and management to deliver high quality outputs.
• Recommend and design standard and custom JIRA workflows.
• Create, configure, and customize JIRA projects, workflows, screen schemes, custom fields, permission schemes and notification schemes to meet business needs.
• JIRA features & its implementation knowledge like how to create user stories, how to link with an EPIC, what is sprint, project release etc.
• Apply deep familiarity and experience with Scrum, Kanban, Agile best practices, and tools to promote individual, team, project, and organizational success.
• Create and configure metrics, dashboards, reports, and advanced filters in JIRA to provide end-users and business leadership with meaningful operational/performance metrics and status reports.
Skills:
• Understanding of responsive frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap 4.0).
• Experience with JIRA Administration, Project management/Collaboration tools.
• Experience with multiple content management systems a big plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge and skills with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking skills while working under tight time constraints.
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to prioritize.
Education:
• 2+ years of content management experience, preferably AEM.
• 2+ years of development experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• 2+ years of Jira admin experience (User management, workflows).
