1st Shift 7:30 am- 4 pm Monday - Friday

Warehouse Associate

Warehouse Associate Summary:

The warehouse associate restocks shelves, accepts incoming orders, processes, and packs orders, counts inventory and ensures orders are shipped in a timely fashion.

Warehouse Associate Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Assist with putting up stick in warehouse in proper locations
• Ensure that shipping schedules are met with attention to detail to ensure timely delivery and loss prevention
• Assist with packing and shipping LTL and small package shipments
• Provide excellent customer service
• Loading and unloading freight carriers as needed
• General warehouse housekeeping
• Operate shipping and receiving computer systems

Warehouse Associate Required Education, Knowledge & Skills:

• Forklift certified (preferred)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to lift items up 50 lbs on a regular basis
• Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time
• Willing to learn and accept direction
• Excellent written and oral skill
• Able to work in a TEAM setting
• Strong work ethic
• Excellent organizational skills

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
• Must be able to communicate clearly
• Requires ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Requires ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, crawl, and kneel

Work Environment:

Manufacturing work environment that will at times provide exposure to weather, noise intensity level and proximity to moving mechanical parts.
