Job Description

We're on the lookout for a talented Executive Virtual Assistant to join our team. This is a remote, full-time position with flexible hours, where you'll have the chance to work between 20 to 40 hours per week. As a key player in our dynamic environment, you'll support a variety of clients across industries, including administrative, marketing, web design, social media, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple clients simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-demand setting.
Handle a diverse range of projects, from marketing systems and website edits to content creation and social media management.
Work independently to complete client projects and tasks.
Proactively seek out additional work from clients.
Provide daily and weekly reports to multiple clients.
Track and report detailed time accounting accurately.
Attend regular team meetings and support clients via video meetings.
Ideal Candidate Characteristics:

Detail-oriented and proactive.
Ability to work independently while staying connected with a small team.
Extensive customer service experience.
Proficient in tools such as Wix, Teamwork, Google Suite, Shopify, WordPress, and various CRM and project management systems.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong problem-solving ability.
Resourceful, research-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree.
3-5 years of experience in an administrative assistant role.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite, CRM systems, and project management software.
Minimum of 3-5 years of executive assistant or project management experience.
Excellent communication skills; overcommunication is key in this remote role.
Well-equipped home office setup, including a Mac or PC computer, high-speed internet, video conferencing capabilities, and a dedicated professional workspace.
