As a Training Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting and developing training materials for new hire and ongoing training of customer service and eligibility staff for a state-wide customer service center for Missouri Medicaid.


Qualifications for the position include:

• Minimum of three years of training or teaching experience required 40 or more trainee.
• Minimum of two to four years' experience in a call center or health/human services environment preferred.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal communication, presentation, and strong organizational skills.
• Advanced PC skills (i.e., Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint) required; knowledge of Learning Management Systems (ProProfs) preferred.
• Knowledge of MO Medicaid programs preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Health Education or related field required; equivalent experience/training considered.
