As a Technical Recruiter at BILL, you will play a vital role in attracting and hiring top-tier talent while contributing to the evolution of our recruiting practices. Partnering closely with hiring teams, you will serve as a trusted advisor and the initial point of contact for many industry professionals. Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruiting processes, from headcount planning and sourcing to candidate onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring leaders to understand organizational goals, technical role requirements, and team dynamics.
  • Proactively identify trends, address challenges, and drive solutions in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, providing strategic guidance on attracting, evaluating, and closing top talent.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through every stage of the hiring process.
  • Lead offer processes, including extending offers, negotiating, and generating offer letters.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data, ensuring data integrity and providing insightful, data-driven updates to stakeholders.
  • Utilize data analytics to improve recruiting efficiency and share actionable insights.
  • Develop and implement advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean search, prompting, LinkedIn, and competitive market mapping.
  • Contribute to key Talent Acquisition (TA) initiatives and projects to scale processes and enhance operational efficiency.

We’d love to chat if you have:

  • Experience: At least 3 years in full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on technical roles. Experience recruiting for Product Management or Data Science is a plus.
  • Strategic Mindset: A proven ability to improve processes, build impactful programs, and leverage data to drive decisions.
  • Adaptability: Success in high-growth, fast-paced environments, managing ambiguity and shifting priorities effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy.
  • Data-Driven Approach: A passion for using quantitative insights to guide decisions, report progress, and create actionable plans.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience managing applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse.
  • Results-Oriented: A sense of urgency and demonstrated ability to act effectively under pressure.

The estimated base salary range for this role is noted below for our office location in Draper, UT. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in BILL’s bonus and equity plan. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.

$67,200—$80,400 USD
