Responsibilities

• Assist lead teachers in preparing and delivering instructional materials.
• Support students with learning activities both in and outside the classroom.
• Help maintain a positive and conducive learning environment.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers.
• Assist with classroom management and discipline as directed by the teacher.
• Organize and prepare classroom resources and materials for lessons.
• Facilitate small group activities and one-on-one support for students.

Requirements

• A minimum of a high school diploma; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Previous experience in an educational setting is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.
• Patience and a passion for working with children.
• Basic understanding of child development and learning processes.
