We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Research Assistant to conduct qualitative analysis on a study (sexual and gender minority emerging adults eliciting narratives; SEEN) examining the experiences and mental health of LGBTQ+ populations of color. The Research Assistant will work closely with Eidos LGBTQ+ Health Initiative housed in the School of Nursing.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g., public health, psychology, social work, sociology) (preferred).

1-2 years of Qualitative Research Experience (preferred)

Experience with reflexive thematic analysis and Dedoose (preferred)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Self-directed, intrinsically motivated, and able to work independently to solve problems
