As the Warehouse/Production Manager , you will jump in as a day-to-day, hands-on problem solver to help the facility run efficiently -- you'll seek opportunities to standardize and document processes, policies, structure and review Key Performance Indicators (KPI) across the facility. Youll review costs and recommend opportunities for improvements, while working in collaboration with the team. You will engage in training, coaching/mentoring, selection, and development of effective leaders and their respective teams.You will create and lead a preventative maintenance program for the equipment, review and suggest (where needed) automation or other efficiencies to drive the bottom line.
