Position Summary: As Produce Manager, you’ll lead our team in maintaining the highest quality and most visually appealing produce displays. You’ll manage sourcing, inventory, and customer engagement, ensuring a fresh and delightful shopping experience. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop a team of produce associates. Oversee ordering, receiving, and inventory management. Create visually appealing produce displays. Engage with customers and provide expert advice. Ensure quality control and maintain high standards. Strong customer service and organizational skills. Creative vision for merchandising. Dependable with excellent communication skills. Tech-savvy with proficiency in inventory management. English proficiency required; Spanish is a plus. Reliable transportation and work authorization in the U.S. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for long periods. Capable of lifting and moving up to 80 lbs. Skilled in fine motor tasks and produce handling. Sharp visual acuity and effective hearing. Comfortable with bending, stooping, and adapting to varied environments. Able to work in different temperatures and handle a variety of fresh ingredients. Confident using step-stools or ladders.
