Job Description

For 30 years League & Legacy collectively as L2 Brands have been producing premium custom graphic logo headwear, apparel and home decor. This Hanover, PA based company is rooted in a hardworking, entrepreneurial culture driven to provide best-in-class products in a fun, relaxed, temperature-controlled environment.

The core responsibilities include printing all assigned designs designated by the Apparel Production Lead, Supervisor, and/or Manager, conforming to Legacy’s high quality print standards and throughput demands.

Hours: 4:30 PM-3:00 AM Mon-Thur (Voluntary overtime available during peak season!)

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Operating DTG Printing machines, setting up and printing designs on various garments.
2. Physically printing, inspecting, and staging required items.
3. Inspecting all aspects of apparel with a stringent focus on product quality.
4. Understanding the details and aspects of apparel work orders.
5. Performing all necessary daily maintenance and Legacy high standard cleaning of the printer equipment, as well as the entire area within the department.
6. Working with the mindset of leading and expanding the printing process of a growing department within the organization.
7. Providing necessary input and action to assist in solving print issues and improving apparel print operations.
8. Working closely with personnel that fold, tag, and package orders and assisting in any area needed in the Apparel Printing operation.

Essential Functions:

1. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
2. The ability to talk and hear.
3. The ability to stretch, twist, bend, and occasionally lift apparel products and boxes up to 30 pounds.
4. The ability to stand at a machine for up to ten hours at a time.
5. The ability, and manual dexterity required, to manipulate garments and machine controls.

Required Education/Experience/Skills:

1. High School diploma or GED.

Work Environment:

This job operates in a production environment. This role routinely uses DTG printers, Adelco dryers, and computers.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position, and business hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. for day shift and Monday through Thursday 4:30 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. for second shift. Overtime may be necessary and generally covered on Fridays with the exception of extreme circumstances

Travel:

This position does not require travel.
