Job Description

We are seeking a detailoriented Payroll Clerk to handle all aspects of payroll processing. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely payment to employees maintain payroll records and resolve any payrollrelated issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for all employees ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain and update payroll information including employee records timesheets and deductions.
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with payroll tax filings and ensure compliance with federal state and local regulations.
• Support the finance team during audits by providing necessary payroll documentation.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
• 1 years of experience in payroll processing.
• Proficiency in payroll software and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
