We are currently seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Payroll Administrator. If you are a selfmotivated and detailoriented individual with a passion for payroll we would love to hear from you!

K ey Responsibilities:

• Oversee payroll processing for multiple payrolls on a biweekly and semimonthly schedule.
• Handle salaries benefits garnishments taxes and deductions ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and file necessary reports like union remittances and dues statements.
  
• Reconcile payroll data with timekeeping systems and assist in payroll audits.
• Ensure timely updates for new hires terminations and pay rate changes.
• Issue or reissue paychecks or direct deposits as needed.
• Maintain compliance with federal state and local payroll laws and best practices.
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and records.
• Recommend improvements for payroll software and procedures.
• Perform additional tasks as required.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Indepth knowledge of payroll functions including preparation balancing and taxes.
• Proficiency with ADP payroll system.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical problemsolving and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
