We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base by developing new business and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients in Franklin and neighboring areas. You will work in the field, directly engaging with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet those needs. Responsibilities: • Learn our proven sales system taught in training and implement it in the field • Drive new business by presenting to local companies and generating new accounts • Use our proven system and build a self-sustaining referral stream for life • Follow-up with active and prospective clients in a timely fashion • Utilize our CRM tools to stay up-to-date with your clients and their needs. Qualifications: • Previous experience in direct sales, outside sales, or business-to-business sales preferred but not required • Ability to work independently and manage your own time • Active insurance license or willingness and ability to obtain upon hire • You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals • You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s goals About Company: In our organization, we are one big family.
