The Marketing Content Designer is primarily responsible for providing overall support to the Marketing team by writing, designing, and producing internal and external marketing communication materials, graphics, presentations, and correspondence to advance SLS' strategic growth objectives, initiatives, and service offerings. This position requires work performed in a fast-paced team environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Write, design, and produce company-branded brochures, project description sheets, proposal graphics, resumes, email campaigns, and other marketing and communication materials. Collaborate with key personnel and subject matter experts to develop content for presentations, white papers, press releases, and web pages. Manage company website and perform quarterly reviews and content updates. Create and schedule engaging social media content. Perform market research and internet searches as needed. Ensure all marketing materials are high quality and adhere to branding guidelines. Maintain digital assets, including archives, shared files, and documents. Attend planning sessions. Draft clear and concise business correspondence. Create regular employee profiles for internal distribution. Plan and monitor workloads, schedules, and deadlines. Position Requirements: Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited University in Marketing, Communications, or related program. 3+ years working in a fast-paced marketing environment. Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent written communication and design skills with attention to detail. Experience in email marketing tools and content creation. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines. Desired Skills: Experience maintaining Microsoft SharePoint sites. Knowledge of Premiere Pro or other video editing software. Physical Demands: Use of manual dexterity, tactile, visual, and audio acuity. Use of repetitive motion, prolonged periods of sitting and standing, and sustained visual and mental applications and demands. Occasional lifting (up to 25 pounds), bending, pulling, and carrying.
