Job Overview

As an Auditor, you will be responsible to complete assigned audits and projects, including financial/operational audits, field-related travel audits, and special projects with a moderate level of supervision. Complexity of audits will be assigned based on experience and skills.

Responsibilities :

  • Conducts assigned audits and projects with moderate supervision. Responsible for control and planning of specifically assigned work.
  • At the direction of the Senior Internal Auditor, performs preliminary surveys and risk analysis, assists in defining audit objectives and scope, and has significant role in developing the audit program.
  • Conducts assignments in accordance with approved scope, objectives, program, budget and schedule; reviews documents, reports, policies and procedures to evaluate and recommend controls.
  • Assists in developing audit programs to test controls and also in completing test plans and work as assigned.
  • Assists in preparing reports of audit results and recommendations; participates in and holds discussions with operating personnel to review results and prepare the final draft of the audit report.
  • In coordination with the Sr. Internal Auditor, makes written and oral presentations to management at the conclusion of audit work to summarize results, issues, and impact of deficiencies; follow-up on corrective actions until all issues are remediated, as directed by Internal Audit management.
  • Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.

Education :

  • Bachelor's Degree Accounting, Finance or related field. (Required)​

Work Experience :

  • 2-4 years Public Accounting experience or Internal Auditing. (Required)

Base Pay Range: $59,200 - $106,800Corporate Bonus Target: 10%

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
