Health Coach for Weight Loss Center Location, 3835 McKinley Ave, Hamburg

PART-TIME DAYS/HOURS:

Monday – Thursday 8am-12pm These hours will most likely change/increase as the schedule changes. We are looking for someone with flexibility in their schedule. We help people lose weight and then teach them how to keep it off!

NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED--WE TRAIN YOU!

We are looking for a go-getter type individual that does not need a lot of supervision and likes working with people. We need someone who can work independently and are very dependable. This is not a temporary position. We are looking for someone who is jovial, compassionate, outgoing, fun, and has excellent interpersonal skills in person and on the phone. This job involves coaching and motivating people on their health and weight loss journey. It’s a very rewarding career! Responsibilities:

• Coach and educate clients—Must be a people person
• Weigh, measure, and record progress in computer
• Provide encouragement, support, and motivation
• Conduct point-of-sale transactions
• Stock shelves
• Process client progress photos on many social media sites
• Perform various other administrative duties as needed

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal skills on phone and in person—must be jovial
• Teachable--An ability to learn and follow protocols and work independently
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment at times and be able to multitask
• Excellent rapport building skills and empathy with clients
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Must be very computer literate including social media with quick and accurate typing skills
• Light lifting, bending, climbing is required to stock shelves
• Must be dependable--Hours are non-negotiable and you must be punctual
