Encore Communications is seeking a talented Front End Website Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with our account and creative teams to design, develop, and maintain modern, visually compelling websites using Drupal and Statamic—from initial concept through final launch.
We operate strictly within a waterfall methodology, so we need a developer with experience throughout the full lifecycle of website development. The successful candidate will be comfortable taking ownership of every phase, without relying on agile or team-based approaches. This means you’ll be responsible for transforming client needs into fully functional, responsive websites, managing everything from architecture and design to coding and deployment.

Requirements
• Three years of front end website development
• Proven experience independently completing the full website development lifecycle from conception to deployment.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing websites using a waterfall methodology.
• Proficient in translating design mockups into interactive designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience creating, editing, or modifying templates for CMS or web development frameworks, other than WordPress.
• Skilled in programming interactions using JavaScript and/or libraries such as React, Vue, or Svelte.
• Strong knowledge of building websites optimized for browser and device compatibility.
• Experience testing websites for cross-browser, cross-platform, and cross-device consistency.
• Familiarity with testing for accessibility and compliance with regional or domain-specific standards.
• Experience interfacing with back-end technologies and systems.

• Must be a US citizen or permanent resident authorized to work in the US.
• Must speak fluent English
• Must reside in DFW or Longview area.
• May work remotely if able to attend key meetings in Longview.
• Must include sample work or a portfolio for the application process.
