We are seeking a motivated and creative Event Coordinator to join our team and help us execute exceptional events that align with our vision and goals. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing various events from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure successful and memorable experiences while managing budgets and timelines.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement event concepts and themes in alignment with client objectives.
• Create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for each event.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and manage vendor relationships.
• Research and select venues, conducting site visits as necessary.
• Coordinate all logistics, including transportation, accommodations, and on-site management.
• Oversee marketing and promotional strategies for events.
• Manage on-site execution, ensuring seamless flow and addressing any issues that arise.
• Conduct post-event evaluations, gathering feedback and analysing event success.

Requirements:

• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adept at problem-solving and able to think quickly in high-pressure situations.
• Proficient in event management software and familiar with marketing tools.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
