Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive eCommerce strategies to increase online sales, enhance customer experience, and drive brand awareness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize website performance, including user experience, navigation, layout, and functionality.
- Perform in-depth analysis of website data, consumer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Create and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media advertising, and search engine marketing.
- Optimize product listings and content on eCommerce platforms to improve visibility, conversion rates, and search engine rankings.
- Manage relationships with external partners and agencies, ensuring seamless execution of digital marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of eCommerce campaigns, providing regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and proactively identify new opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Provide strategic recommendations and insights to clients, based on data-driven analysis and a deep understanding of their business goals.
- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement innovative solutions to drive eCommerce sales and customer satisfaction.
- Support the development and execution of digital marketing training programs for clients, sharing best practices and industry insights.
- Stay current with the latest technological advancements in eCommerce and digital marketing, and identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in eCommerce and digital marketing.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful eCommerce strategies that drive revenue growth.
- In-depth knowledge of eCommerce platforms, technologies, and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extract insights.
- Experience managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Proficiency in analytic tools such as PowerBI.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
