The Opportunity

Williams International is looking for Pilot to join our flight department in Waterford, MI. The Pilot will operate a fleet including CE525, CE750 and BD700 aircraft.

Additionally, the Pilot will:

  • Safely operate all aircraft in accordance with company polices and aviation regulations.
  • Plan and execute flights to various job sites and customer locations based on business requirements.
  • Maintain proficiency in flight planning, navigation, and communication systems.
  • Collaborate with the flight operations team to schedule flights and coordinate logistics.
  • Monitor weather conditions and airspace restrictions to ensure safe flight operations.
  • Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections of aircraft to ensure airworthiness.
  • Communicate effectively with air traffic control and ground personnel at airports.
  • Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures.
  • Report flight data after each day of flying to assist with the proper billing of aircraft use.
  • Track flight hours in accordance with company flight logs.
  • Perform aircraft cleaning between flights as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by leadership during non-flying days.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED. Must have commercial instrument rating license. 1500 total flight hours, including a minimum of 20 hours in single-engine aircraft. Turbine experience required. Strong working knowledge of FAA regulations and flight operations procedures. Excellent communication and decision-making skills, with the ability to operate effectively as part of a team. Must reside in Michigan.
  • Valid Driver’s License and US Passport. Must be willing to travel for extended periods as required by the flight schedule. Current First-Class Medical Certificate required.
  • Physical lifting requirements include; ability to lift 50 pounds (4 inches to 25 inches), capable of pushing or pulling a weight of 60 pounds, a grip strength of at least 50 pounds, and be able to reach above the shoulder (65 inches).
  • Responsible for and accountable for product safety and the quality of work, including, as a minimum, all elements defined in the Company’s Quality Policy and FAA requirements.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance, if needed. Candidates selected may be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
