Job Title: Remote Yardi Systems Lead

Location: 100% Remote

Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 Annual Base Salary DOE; Medical, Dental, Vision Health Benefits; 15 days PTO, Performance Based Bonuses; 

Requirements: 4+ years' experience with Commercial Yardi System, 3+ years with Yardi Administration, property and lease management functions such as commercial billing, tenant recoveries, percentage rent CPI/indexation; Elevate Products (Vendor Cafe, Service Contracts, Facilities Manager, Deal Manager, Commercial Cafe, Pulse)

We are a mid-sized company that has been around for over 10 years in the Real Estate Investment industry.  Our company has assets of over $6 billion in over 45 states and plan on being up to $10+ billion within one to three years .  Our clients always meet or exceed their investment goals.  We work with corporations that are necessity-based in retail and health industries.

As our new Yardi Systems Lead , you will be in charge for giving oversight of our ERP platform, Yardi, and related business support.  You will be leading the implementations for new Yardi products or environment upgrades and act as POC for application support.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Support all efforts to enhance the business user experience including identifying time consuming or manual processes that can be automated through systematic solutions.
• Work in a collaborative environment with property accounting, asset management, and lease administration to gather business requirements to assist with implementing solutions
• Be the "go to" expert for property and lease setup functions within Yardi
• Work autonomously and collaboratively with Yardi support to solve incidents and problems
• Actively work with the Senior IT & Enterprise Apps Manager to understand the organization's goals, strategy, and immediate priorities in order to intelligently triage, focus and manger your own priority stack.
• Respond in a timely matter professionally to resolve critical issues as efficiently as possible.
• Work with the business to execute imports or bulk updates via ETL or SQL scripts
• Test Yardi software updates or customizations with business users.
• Lead projects related to system upgrades, implementations, integrations, releases, and maintenance
• Act as the liaison for submitting cases with Yardi and communication business requirement's or issues to Yardi's support team to ensure user questions or issues are addressed.
• Evaluate business needs, analyze processes, and recommend solutions.
• Lead cross functional teams implementing new solutions or products.
• Conduct trainings as needed to promote efficiencies on how we use Yardi.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience working with Commercial Yardi System.
• 3+ years of Yardi Administration.
• Experience with MS Excel 
• Experience with Yardi implementations, customizations, and administration.
• Strong technical skills in ETL, SQL, and database management.
• Strong understanding of property and lease management functions within Yardi including commercial billing, tenant recoveries, CPI/indexation, percentage rent calculations, etc.
• Experience with Commercial, Maintenance, and Advanced Budgeting and Forecasting modules.
• Experience with Elevate products: Vendor Cafe, Service Contracts, Facilities Manager, Deal Manager, Commercial Cafe, Pulse, etc. 
• Knowledge of quality assurance, change management and application lifecycle management
• Familiarity with Salesforce (Plus).
• Prior Team Lead experience (Plus).
• Project Management experience (Plus).
• Troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions to improve processes
